Step 1: Application Submission

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents
Begin by submitting a copy of your passport and completing the application form through an accredited and authorized Thailand Elite Privilege Visa agent such as Thaielite-express. TE-Express will collaborate with the Thailand Privilege Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Immigration Bureau to initiate a comprehensive background check, a process that typically takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Step 3: Membership Confirmation
Following the successful completion of the background check and the approval of your application, you will receive a letter of approval along with instructions for payment. The membership fee varies, ranging from THB 900,000 to THB 5 million.
Upon successful payment of the membership fee, Thailand Elite will send you a welcome letter, along with your Elite Membership Number (EMN) and detailed instructions on how to obtain your visa.
Step 4: Visa Affixation
You have the option to affix your newly acquired visa at a Thai embassy or consulate in your home country, or you can obtain it upon arrival in Thailand at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Phuket Airport.
If you are already in Thailand, Thaielite-Express can also arrange for your visa to be issued at the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok.
The documentation required to apply for a Thailand Privilege Visa can vary depending on the selected package and the applicant’s specific circumstances. In general, the following documents are typically needed:
Passport: A valid passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity.
Passport Copy: A photocopy of the personal details section of your passport.
ID Copy: A high-resolution scanned copy of any valid ID.
Application Form: A completed application form (Provided by Thaielite-Express)
Proof of Relationship (for Immediate Family of Core Members): If you are applying as an immediate family member of a Core Member, you may need to provide proof of your relationship.
Personal Data Policy Form: A duly filled out Personal Data Policy Form (Provided by Thaielite-Express)

The applicant/the Member must have and maintain to have the following qualifications: Being allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws or any related law of Thailand.(no overstay record) Holding foreign passport. Not having been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any countries except for an offense committed through negligence. Not having been adjudicated bankrupt. Not having been declared as a person of unsound mind incompetence, or quasi incompetent.
Thailand Elite offer a 5,10 or 20 years membership and ensure the renewal of your visa during the validity of the membership. Each time a member goes through the Thai immigration, he/she will automatically get a one-year visa stamp in his/her passport until expiration of the membership. If the member happens to stay for more than 1-year consecutively in Thailand, then a simple renewal at the immigration office will grant another 1-year visa stamp.
The Thailand Elite Visa is a program initiated and approved by the Royal Thai government in 2003. The Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd, which runs the Elite Visa program is a fully owned subsidiary of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, under the Ministry of Tourism and Sport. After becoming an Elite member and obtaining your Thailand Elite Visa, you can apply anytime to a non-immigrant business visa and a work permit allowing you to work in Thailand. You also have the option of applying to the Elite Flexible Plus, invest at least 1 million USD in Thailand either in real estate, a limited or public company, or in stock exchange, and be granted a work permit.
The payment is required only after submission of your application, the immigration background check by the Thai immigration, and receipt of the Approval Letter by email. Applicants could then choose to proceed to their membership fee by local or overseas bank transfer, credit card or depositing money to Thailand Elite bank account directly.
