Applicants who have not yet made their payment:
The clients can change their application to the Bronze Membership by completing and submitting the Bronze Membership Application Form as usual. |

Clients who have already made their payment (Current Gold Members):
There clients will not be able to switch to the Bronze Package or request a refund or compensation for the difference in fees. However, they will be offered one additional health check-up, redeemable within 31 December 2025. |
