The Thailand Elite Fast Track Privilege consists of services at immigration and Thailand international airport. Successful applicants - Thaielite members- will be welcomed by an Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) at designated Thai airports who will assist with all immigration formalities, every time they need to take a flight. Thai Elite members can reserve an Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) prior to flight departure, or prior to arrival with an estated time of departure and arrival. A car from Thailand Elite will be sent to pick the member up from his or her residence, to drop off at the airport destination. Upon arrival at the airport, an Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) will be welcoming you from the car, and assist you through fast-track lane of all airport immigration formalities. Other services include complimentary access to the Thailand Elite lounge and golf cart pick up at the plane gate in case the gate is too far.

The Elite Visa is categorized as long-term tourist visa, thus members cannot work in Thailand with it. However, members can apply to a business visa and work permit while holding their Elite. Their membership will still continue until expiration of it. Members will still be able to use Elite services as usual, except for the 90-day reporting, stay extension and transferring visa or arrival stamp into new passport.

Most of the different packages can include family members, with or without an additional fee, depending on the package. Foreigners, as well as Thailand Elite members, can legally buy a residential condo unit. To purchase a condo unit (freehold), the foreign ownership quota of the condo building should not exceed 49%. However, foreigners are not allowed to buy land and house unless investing in a 40-Million-baht government bond with a maturity of 5 years or more, they will be allowed to buy 1 Rai of land for residential purpose only. Otherwise, they must undergo the long-termed lease for a period of 30 years at maximum.
Anytime during the validity of your Elite Easy Access membership, you can upgrade your membership to a 20-year package (Elite Ultimate Privilege or Elite Superiority Extension) by only paying the additional fees (1,498,000 THB for the Elite Ultimate Privilege or 400,000 THB for the Elite Superiority Extension). Otherwise, the Elite membership is renewable upon expiration.
